theClubhou.se is a non-profit 501(c)3 business and community incubator in Augusta, GA. We are technology-oriented and are known as a place of ideas, but our focus is on knowledge, creativity, and implementation. We are located in the Georgia Cyber Center and provide resources learning and prototyping, and generally for coworking and business incubation. Our membership comes from a wide variety of backgrounds that all consider themselves some measure of hacker, maker, and doers. We have entrepreneurs, business people, teachers, engineers, designers, artists, and Jacks and Jill's of all trades, and of course many software and hardware developers. We are a young, non-government funded incubator that believes in the power of businesses to impact the community in a positive way. In our first two years of operation, we have housed over 25 startups and have created a $7 million dollar annual economic impact in Greater Augusta. Our rates are tiered, with day rates at $15 and monthly memberships starting as low as $20/month.
2020 is off to a clear start here in the South East. Newly housed in the Georgia Cyber Center just off the Savannah Riverfront in Augusta - we’re setting our sights far and wide. Here we are readily equipped with a high productivity team with the bandwidth to empower the small business and tech industries and meet new awesome friends who value our work. How is it that an organization succeeds to create a $7M dollar impact on the CSRA economy through community events and grassroots incubation for entrepreneurs?
Community: It is a genuine trait of ours here at theClubhou.se. We strive to create 100% accessible programming through our educational culture and intimate partnerships. Our consistent efforts are only possible when other entity’s take initiative in developing and manifesting our independence. But who are we, really? theClubhou.se was founded in 2012 with the mission to inspire ideas, create companies, and build community by connecting learners and leaders in technology, business, and design. We are a multi functional and all inclusive and collaborative coworking space. We are operating as an incubator, educator, investor, and community organizer for what we know as our makers, hackers, coworkers, entrepreneurs, and mentors.
90% of programming at no cost to public
2000+ entrepreneur lunch series in attendance
27 original events + 6 signature events all occurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually
By Winter of 2020, we hope to be a self sustaining and unique organization by achieving prime relationships with our sponsors and initiating a resourceful and opportunistic ecosystem for our members.
