We need titles that prompt interest
And then we need many words. Words that explain and inspire people to actions. Those actions lead to results for the people who take them, and it is very important for us to find concise ways to convey those results to the people that get inspired by our words and then take specific actions. We might even provide a list of the actions that a person might take, but even better is provide a list of impacts for them that relate to those actions. Most of all though, lists should occur in threes.
Why do we want list to be in threes and start with a question?
MEMORY: a focused concise list helps the viewer remember important points
ENGAGEMENT: too many choices create confusion and lower actionable engagement rates
REINFORCEMENT: natural language prompts engage emotional connection to end-user motivations
