Building community through workforce training

As a nonprofit, our mission is to build community and your local workforce board and industry are our partners. theClubhou.se Code Boot Camp is designed to provide students with practical real world training that matches skills with local employer needs. To get started we need three things:

Community Partner

Community is built by working together. theClubhou.se needs a community partner to engage with us in order to begin. This community partner will work to gather other partners to the table and identify a suitable classroom site location.

Workforce Board

The next step is meeting with your local workforce board. As our training is designed to align with student financial aid through the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act, buy-in from your local Workforce Board is essential.

Industry Partners

Once we’ve established interest and timelines with your local workforce board, our next step is conducting an industry round table in your community. At the round table, we share our methodology and discuss needs with your local employers. Our first goal is to identify 10-20 employers who will provide commitment letters to participate in a range of activities including candidate screening, guest lectures, hosting class field trips, mentoring, and attesting that they will provide full hiring consideration to successful graduates of theClubhou.se Code Boot Camp.
